Adam took the time to explain every detail To my understanding. In a very bad timing Situation he reassured me we would figure something out. He took the time to thoroughly go over everything to the extent of getting on my roof covered in snow and ice. I cannot tell you thanks enough ! You have been truly a lifesaver !!! Thank you!!! Torkelson's Plumbing & Heating has always been an excellent experience. Regarding simple maintenance repairs or major ones, the whole team at Torkelson's has always been helpful. Very professional, and they were more than happy to help answer any questions that I had.
