I have always had a great experience and received friendly service at the Forest City vet clinic, but I recently had an emergency that required a call after hours on a Saturday. I talked to Dr. Gene about my dog and was very frustrated with how the call went. I understand that it was a Saturday and after hours, so I may have been interrupting personal plans- however, it’s not fun for me as a customer to have to call for an emergency either. I did not feel comfortable with the feedback he gave me. I ended up calling a different vet because I received no helpful answers from Dr. Gene.
