If you want to work in a toxic culture with horrible communication, have your telephone interview recorded without your knowledge, and an owner who epitomizes the U.S. version of The Office as his reality, go ahead, take a job here. But, be prepared to be berated for going to the bathroom outside of your break or lunch time, have the owner's wife passive-aggressively deride you in front of other staff, and have all the ugliness of the office aired in front of you on day one. This is the kind of place that should be paying hazard pay or offer up 100% paid weekly therapy.
