We have worked with these people for years and have finally had enough. They are expensive and not experts when it comes to taxes and how to take advantage of legal deductions. They make errors that we find and they charge us to fix those errors -- errors they made and that we found -- and not just one, either. If you don't owe money to the government they let your return wait until they complete those who do owe money -- but they don't tell you that your return is waiting until they finish others.
