Shaun was on time, maybe even a few minutes early. Listened closely to my explanation and looked at the situation. Quickly analyzed the problem and recommended a permanent solution. No sales pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend Platinum Pest Services! Hire a pro, don’t waste time.

I was having issues with earwigs and Chad came the next day after I called and sprayed and I haven’t seen once since, both indoors and outdoors. He is a kind, reliable, professional who I would go to again and again for anything pest control related. I cannot recommend him and his business enough! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Called platinum about spiders and ants and they got me in the very next day. Showed up on time and had great customer service. Highly reccomend (& always have) using them! I use them year after year and the service is always the same. 10/10Services: Spider extermination
