“I've taken my pets here over the last 30 years. The service and care is top notch, and I highly recommend them.“
“I had a same day request to get my sick puppy in and Kimberly Pines was able to accommodate us which was very appreciated! Once we arrived the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Trommer even took the time to research a question I had and called me back at the end of the day. I am very appreciative of this type of care and would recommend Kimberly Pines to anyone who is looking for pet care. They were also so complimentary of our dog it was making him blush! ?“
“Best vet I have ever been to- I don’t think any other place would ever compare! Everyone is so nice, and they genuinely care so deeply about me and my cats! They’ve given such great advice and care in every situation I’ve had. I only see them once (maybe twice) a year, but they remember details about myself and my pets. I can’t recommend this place enough!“
“I came in earlier today and the staff is great! Our technician Brooke was kind, helpful, and patient with my hyper puppy!“
“I appreciate the thoroughness of Dr Matt, and the kind and compassionate care Walter received. This clinic practices excellent medicine, and I am really impressed with their standard of care. Walter loved the staff, and had a lot of wags for them at his suture removal. Everyone showed genuine concern for him, and that means the world. Thank you so much!“
“They did an absolutely amazing job taking care of my boys final arrangements! Mark is an absolute sweetheart and just the comfort you can hear in his voice made me that much more at peace with the whole process. Thank you for everything!“
“This is the best veterinary in the Quad Cities. They have a great and caring staff. The doctors are the best.“
“We have been taking our dogs (and even cats when needed) to Dr. Taylor for years. I admire her desire to keep learning new things and trust her completely with the treatment she provides for our animals.“
“I’ve taken my dog Maddie and my cat Emma here they are the nicest, friendliest and caring vet. Will definitely be going back. Plus they have great hours. You can’t go wrong.“
“We were in a bad way with a stubborn pitbull. Dr. Long and Destiny helped us help our Benny. We are so grateful. Thank you. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤“
“We can't thank Dr. Long enough for taking loving care of our good boy at the end of his life. He liked her immediately and it was a very peaceful passing. It was an immense relief to be in our own home with him at his passing and having her take care of all the details afterwards.“
“We switched after going to 3 different vets earlier this year. We found out our boy has cancer in the mouth.
Due to the past vet not treating him right and telling us the proper care after his surgery made it worse I feel like.
Dr. Spencer and Sarah have been a life saver.
Not only were they able to get most of it out, but also made a PLAN for him. I treat my animals like a human, they deserve every chance like we do. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they do. I love them so much.“
“I was looking for a local vet that we could take our baby Riley to. Found excellent reviews for Dr Lisa at Cat Clinic. Talked to her twice before making appointment. Riley had all her shots and her spay done today. Was very worried but Dr Lisa took excellent care of her and she is doing great. The price for everything she did was very reasonable. She could not have been more patient or compassionate with us and Riley. Look forward to seeing Dr Lisa at our next visit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic and understanding Dr for their fur babies.“
“Friendly and knowledgeable staff doing the best for your animals in your life, even offering end of life services.“
“This place is amazing! I take my bearded dragon here and the staff are amazing and super friendly. The veterinarian doctor is very knowledgeable and does an amazing job.“
“I can't say enough about Kimberly Crest. Our cat has a "rare in cats" cancer of the mouth. Our regular vet found it and we asked to see Dr. Laura Bahns. She was so good about explaining Myla's condition and even for her, it was a bit of a dilemia of how to handle it. Dr. Bahns preformed surgery on Myla, removed a tooth, the growth and a portion of her jawbone. We then went to the University of Wisc. for consultation. They wanted to put her through radiation which could have resulted in a temporary feeding tube. Or we could wait and keep an eye on her and see what happened. We opted for the later with getting xrays every 3 months to be sure it doesn't come back or go to her lungs. It's been almost 2 years and knock on wood,..so far so good. SO the surgery that Dr. Bahns preformed appears to have worked. We will continue to monitor her and pray it doesn't return. Just didn't want to put Myla who is almost 14 years old, through all that if we didn't have to. Not to even mention the cost of that treatment was going to be outrageous. We would have done it thought to save her life.“
“Klein and the staff run a top notch clinic. We switched our 2 year old dog there from a rude and high priced other Bettendorf clinic and we have been extremely happy with the decision and love Klein!! Every time we call, whether it’s for an illness or just a routine visit , staff is polite and professional. They always try to get our pet an appointment in a timely manner. Our pet gets loving, wonderful care at Klein. We recommend them to everyone!“
“We have driven two hours twice to the Animal Emergency Center of the Quad Cities because our local emergency hospital was either closed or not seeing any more patients that evening. I know there are staffing shortages, but it does make it difficult if not life threatening. Both times we have been treated with the utmost respect and compassion at the Quad Cities Center. I truly wish they were closer. Upon arrival, our girl was immediately taken to the back to assess whether or not her condition was life threatening. While examining her (and x-ray), they found a problem we were completely unaware existed and was no doubt the cause of her symptoms. We are now able to zero in on that and, hopefully, help her. Did we have to wait a bit to talk with the vet? Yes, but it was not hours. Perhaps we arrived at a time when they were not horribly busy. Again, I wish they were closer as I would not hesitate to return if needed. Thank you to the Dr. and the staff for taking care of our precious girl and for being so kind to us. Blessings to you all.“
“Called them up scared for my pet , they told me to come right in . We had a miscommunication over the phone cause they don’t take rabbits . But got there , met the sweetest gentle giant with ginger hair . He looked at my rabbit , looked up what he could do for him , cleaned his ear super well and found an antibiotic ointment for him , then told us who the best rabbit vet is , if it get any worst
This people truly love pet , and didn’t turn their backs on pets in need . (Miles is feeling so much better now they he’s got all cleaned up )“
