Great experience with Precision Air. My old furnaces was worn out and repairs were more costly than it was worth. I was not an established customer so I didn't know what to expect. My sales rep with Precision acted almost immediately and helped me with options on a new Trane unit with a next day installation. The pricing and speed of installation exceeded my expectations. The service technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I could not have asked for a smoother experience. I highly recommend giving Precision Air a call if you are in need of service or a new system.
Precision Air installed a new furnace for me. Skyler was the service technician and did a great thorough inspection and explained any problems. He determined I needed a new furnace. Bob from sales was very helpful, determined which Trane furnace I would need and also explained and answered all of my questions. Cole and Carter installed my new furnace. They did a great job and also answered any of my questions. All of these employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Precision Air for any heating or cooling needs.
Could not believe Precision with Trane came with great pricing.. The original install had a small mishap,so I called Bob to fix. Immediately , the Precision crew looked at my problem and fixed immediately. The owner even called with an apology! I judge companies by product quality and how the compant handles a problem I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PRECISION CREW!
