Could not be more impressed with my experience at Mr. Lock & Key yesterday! Christian was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, & helpful. I had an extra key made for our vehicle and was out in under 10 minutes with very clear instructions on how to program it to the vehicle (which he first offered to do, but I didn’t have that car with me). I called about having a key programmed for my car, Phillip said it would only take a day for him to get it in. Went there the next day he had it programmed and ready to go in 15 minutes. Awesome service!

The Sales employees there are So Helpful and Friendly and I even got to test drive the Riccar vacuum I wanted in the store before making the Big purchase decision. If you’re considering buying a Riccar or Miele I Highly Recommend this dealer!
