Mid length hair: trim and highlights. Great results, very expensive at $250.00. Ask the stylist about pricing before they begin/when booking, if possible.

Great salon and yoga studio. I preferred the old downtown location but that has closed. Sometimes hard to schedule appointments. Though if you are able to get an appointment, the practitioners are nice.

Super impressed with the service and staff at Body and Soul. Today I treated myself to a 60 min massage and 30 min facial. Brooke was absolutely amazing! By far one of the best massages I have ever had. I feel so refreshed. I also got a pedicure with Colleen. She was just as great and very gentle. The 2 hour drive from Madison, WI was definitely worth it. I am already looking forward to my next visit.
