I went back to the timestamp on my phone call to doublecheck, he showed up in 4 minutes from when we hung up. This was at 10 PM on a Weds night and he got my car unlocked right away. The only thing he didn't do was stop me from locking my keys in the car in the first place.

Brandon was beyond helpful-I have an older truck that has a transponder key. Although we were not able to reprogram a standard key, Brandon thoughtfully cloned the key instead, and this worked. I will certainly be back due to the great people and service-thanks!
