Kyal was the first technician who came to our home. He cleaned everything out and showed me the camera footage. He was very nice and informative. Don was the second technician. He came the day of our repair. He was very nice and friendly. Explained everything in a way I could understand.
Daryl at roto rooter is amazing!!! I rent a duplex in East Dubuque and the bathtub would never drain. Landlord had Mr. Rooter out twice and it was never fixed but Daryl got it in one visit and on a Saturday. He was effective and efficient and so kind. He didn't cut any corners. I highly recommend ROTO ROOTER instead of Mr. Rooter.
