I always feel heard and listened to by all staff members when it comes to the health of my furbabies. Our last dog had many health issues, where many times we had to come in quickly and didnt get to choose which Doctor we saw...we NEVER care which doctor we see, as they are all amazing and provide the same level of care, comfort and expertise in my opinion. We could not ask for better care than what Key West Pet Med has provided and continues to provide.
I have a 19 year old cat and its back legs seemed to be given out on him and he was off balanced. Dr. Tigges and Dr. Hellert were able to get him back to his old self. They took the time to explain things and staff really cared about the animals they treat.

Kim and her staff are always so friendly and helpful. Their professionalism gives us confidence that our animals will get the best care possible. A few years ago we had to say goodbye to our wonderful dog Hank and their compassion made the experience less painful.
