Dr Duve takes the time and patience to make sure you understand and are comfortable with hearing test, getting hearing aids. She is always a phone call away if a problem arises. Definitely recommend her to everyone.

I could not be happier with my experience at Killlean. I needed a new pair of hearing aids because I had misplaced my last pair. I met with Monica and I had told her what I liked about my last pair and more importantly what I didn't like. She obviously listened and really cared about my concerns.Monica went above and beyond expectations by researching new hearing aids that just came on the market and were not even on my insurance company's plan yet. She called the insurance company numerous times and completed the paperwork to get them approved.One of my other major concerns, is that for work, I am constantly on the phone and in online meetings.
