Had a dryer vent blockage in our new home. Tim and Sheila did a great job getting the vent cleared out and replacing an outdated vent hood on the outside. Only took a little over an hour, and they showed me all the junk that was in our vent and explained everything as they worked, even giving me some good advice on a separate unrelated issue. Very friendly, energetic, and professional.Scheduling was easy (just called them) and they had availability for the next day. They called me several hours early to let me know they had a couple cancellations and could arrive much earlier than expected if I was available, which was great. Pricing was reasonable.
