The cost of a hot tub is a sizable investment no matter where you shop. I found this out after visiting literally every single hot tub provider in the tri state area. J and J not only had the best price but they followed it up with the best customer service as well. These guys don’t want to sell you and forget you; they work to make you a lifelong customer. J and J was patient helping solve an issue with our spa cover installation. Prior to that, we were kept informed throughout the installation process. They even took time to come to our home and instruct us on care & maintenance of the new spa.
