I am floored with gratitude over my contact fitting at Fuerste Optical. It was my first time getting contacts since finally needing multifocal lenses due to age, so my contact prescription was particularly tricky. Rob was amazing. He gave me a pair of contacts, let me try them for a week or so, then come back with feedback and we tried something else. We repeated this process five times before figuring out the right balance of near and far correction that would work for me. I don't know anywhere else that would provide that kind of service. I had an appt with Dr. Auer yesterday for the first time on short notice. He's really amazing, personable and knowledgeable. The assistant that took me back to his exam room was Katie and she was exceptional. She's only been there a few months but was professional and kind. Dr. Auer is very easy going and explains things well. After my appt they sent me into the optical lab in their office and a young man with the last name of Goedken was super helpful!! He explained what they'd be doing an let me know if I had any issues to call them back. Very nice experience compared with the visits I had in 2013. I'd go back to Dr. Auer in a minute.
