Dubuque Family Eye Care is a wonderful and patient optometry practice that provides excellent eye care services. The Dr. at this practice is highly skilled, having saved a patient's sight by detecting a partially detached retina. Patients appreciate Dr. Lester's wonderful demeanor and the time she spends with them, making them feel very comfortable. The staff, including Lauren, are praised for their super friendly and very helpful attitude during frame selection. It is clear that Dubuque Family Eye Care is a great place for total eye care, with a great and large selection of unique eyewear and a thorough, comprehensive, and professional eye exam process in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Patients highly recommend this practice for their optometry needs.
Excellent service, selection of glass frames, and accesses to lenses. Eye exams are most thorough, including a caring and friendly doctor. All employees are friendly and appear to really enjoy helping get the best frames and lens product. The glasses have a protection plan for damages, with some limits, but I got a free pair when mine scratched when I dropped them.
I appreciated everything about my visit here! From the moment I walked into the office, until the time I left, I encountered friendly staff that made me feel truly valued as a patient. In comparison to other eye doctors I have visited, Dr. Lester is extremely proficient, and also made me feel very comfortable during the exam. I highly recommend Dubuque Family Eye Care; you will not be disappointed!
I love Dubuque Family Eye Care!!! Everyone who works there is super friendly and very helpful. They have a great selection of eyewear. If you are looking for glasses that are unique this is the place to come. Dr. Lester is wonderful and Lauren and all of the other employees are very helpful in selecting the "right" glasses. I just can't say enough good about them!!
