We are very happy with the service we received. Nicholas, I think that was his name (sorry), did a very thorough job and gave me some pointers about some areas of our carpet. Would use Steamatic again in a heartbeat. We also had our ducts cleaned by Tim. He was just as professional and extremely thorough with everything he did for us.
