Needed a new look, same hairstyle for 20 years. Heather at Kennedy Mall not only listened, she delivered. She gave me an excellent cut, wash, and diffuser dry for this new short curly style. I appreciated her care in getting it even. I didn't have an appointment, and even though the chairs were full, I got right in. Thank you Cost Cutters for also living up to your name.

Karen and the team in the mall always do an excellent job with my son. He is very sensitive around his ears and cries a lot and the team is always so understanding and helpful with him.

Had a great experience here. I was a walk in, on a rather busy day mind you, and they git me in within 20 minutes.The location here is in the mall so handicap accessible, restrooms,and plenty of room to spread out.Back to the shop... I honestly was impressed overall by the cleanliness, professionalism, and time allotment. These gals were all overworked and they still made it a personal experience. Very well done.Went in like every person,with a photo of what I wanted in hand, and the stylist delivered. Very professional. I didn't catch her name unfortunately ?. The entire staff worked well together, each one deserves a hand!Thanks again!!
