Challenge to Change provides wonderful and powerful professional learning within the wellness space in education. The Personal Empowerment Course through the KCG method led by Dr. Liza Johnson opened up new possibilities for creating an impact in education, starting with ourselves.

My daughter Lydia loves Challenge to Change. She has participated in classes and YogArt camps over the past few years. Challenge to Change also is part of the Roosevelt Middle School health curriculum where she attends school.This summer she started the Junior Yoga Teacher Training Program with Krissy, which will continue on to through the rest of this school year. She will then be a certified Junior Yoga Teacher!Challenge to Change to change has given her so many opportunities to learn about herself. They have also taught her mindfulness practices and tools that she will use throughout her life. I can't say enough good things about Challenge to Change!
