These guys fixed a wall by my house. All very rude. They were cursing and swearing and using slurs the whole time. They almost destroyed the foundation of the building next door. It seemed like they did not know what they were doing.

I have been in my villa for 5 years and recently noticed a water mark on the ceiling in my kitchen. I have made at least 4 calls over the past month and still have not gotten a call back from him.

Joe Schmitt went out of his way to determine if there was a way to rectify a problem I was having with my townhome even though he was not the builder, although his company has built the majority of the homes in my subdivision. Not only that, he apologized several times for the trouble I was having even though he bore no responsibility for it. Empathy, integrity and conscientiousness like that are hard to find. I would feel very good about the quality of your home if he built it. I have nothing but superlatives to say about this man.
