Communication with Heartland was good, but the individual work crews did not give us much heads up about when they would come. We were surprised that Heartland put a lien against our house title without telling us ahead of time when they started work, no other contractors we used have done that. The work done appears to be good quality.“

One of the tasks they had was converting a window into a sliding door where we were building a deck off the back of the house. As mentioned, we have an old house with trim around interior windows and doorways that I assumed would be unmatchable. Nando and crew were able to replicate the trim in a manner that you cannot tell the difference at all. Since installing the windows we've seen a noticeable savings in our energy bills over the hottest stretches of summer and coldest stretches of winter.
