Horrible product!! Don't waste your money!! In only a couple of months, their lens coatings crackle and fog up making them useless. Their response was "sorry." Unless you want to replace your glasses 6 times a year, don't go to Walmart. Indianola, Iowa, location
Just trying to make an annual exam appointment. Called twice today, first time around 3pm, was on hold for 30 minutes. Second time I called around 4pm, was on hold for an hour and a half. Never spoke to a person either time. No option to leave a voicemail. I understand being busy, but it takes 10 seconds to answer and at least let the caller know that someone is there and will be with them eventually.Edit: I ended up just driving there to make an appointment in person, I called again before I left home and stayed on hold all the way there (about 10 minutes) I walked in and there were 2 employees and one customer. I love Dr. Bartlett. I've been going to him since I was 8 years old but this rating is for the office. I needed to order contacts for my teenager tonight. I've called probably 10 times. Each time someone has either picked up and hung up on me without saying anything, or picked up and then put me on hold without ever saying anything. I still haven't even gotten a "hi, can you hold". Just someone who is continuously hanging up. So whoever is working your phone on October 6th, definitely shouldn't be working there and when my prescription is up I won't be going back.
