Not sure of their names but the two ladies at the front desk were so nice and very helpful. I had to have my appointment rescheduled due to no fault of their own and they were very sweet about it.
Dr. Kate Thomas and staff were very helpful both when I initially got glasses and just recently when I got contact lenses. They were very patient with me in teaching me how to put my contact lenses in and then get them back out again. It took me quite a while to get the hang of it, but they calmly encouraged me the whole time until I was able to get it. I really appreciated the kind, helpful experience I had there.
Becky is always so friendly and willing to help. She has been helping me pick out my frames for 16 years now. She is always quick to say hi and when you leave she makes a point of telling you bye. I have gotten glasses at other places in the past and have never seen anyone has helpful or friendly. I trust her completely to tell me if a frame is not or is right on .
