We were very pleased with the customer service. When we scuffed up our new finish moving the curio cabinet back in place, Jose came and fixed our boo-boo. He came back again to make sure it was the way we wanted it and did another touch up at no cost. And he was always pleasant and friendly. We highly recommend Unique Floors for their work and excellent service. I am proud to show off my beautiful refinished white oak floors. Beverly Graves

I have old parquet floors. After having a few flooring companies tell me they couldn’t resurface my floor, Jose of Unique Floors, said he could do it. He took time to explain the process and how long it would take. His estimate was right where I thought, I was willing to pay. Definitely a lot less than what others wanted for a new floor because they wouldn’t refinish mine. I was having other work done at my house, so Jose worked with myself and the contractor to get the job done in between the other work. It turned out awesome. Unique Floors has done such a great job on our hardwood floors that we've used them at two different houses! Their attention to detail, willingness to answer questions and find solutions, as well as their quick response made the experience easy and enjoyable. Yes, enjoyable!Both projects included weaving in new hardwood flooring with existing and both projects resulted in seamless transitions and you can't tell where old meets new. The final finish is flawless and we are excited to get to see and share the final result for many years to come.Jose - Thank you for all you've done to help make our house our own unique home.

We are a family owned business with a combined experience of 56 years. Our priority is to give you professional floors and have you satisfied in every way. All floors are Unique for us! Installing anything from carpet, tile, lvp, engineered, laminate and of course solid hardwood! We also perform repairs, lace in, borders, medallions, buff and coat, sand/stain/finish, burnish, wire brush, backsplash, showers and everything with flooring. Custom jobs are our favorite! Quality is what we perform on a daily basis and don’t like to rush our jobs in any way. Not to mention 99% dust free on sand jobs! National Wood Flooring Association members and soon to be certified as well!
