Curtis has been my Pilates teacher for more than ten years, but I only recently started taking Tribal Yoga classes. Highly recommended! The feedback is useful not only for a total novice like me, but also for others I see in class who have been practicing yoga for years. Curtis helps me understand the goal of certain poses as well as why they can be challenging and how to correct my form when needed.
