The Iowa Clinic Methodist Medical Center Plaza II

On Tuesday, January 23rd 2024, I took my mom to her Dr because she wasn’t feeling good. She had an appointment the next day but was able to get in the same day she called on 01/23. Her PA diagnosed her with AFIB, and told her to go to the ER to get testing, and they would get her right in with her condition. That was not true at all! We went there and waited there to be seen by a Dr for 12 1/2 hours. Horrible treatment, being treated like cattle! It was very busy then and we weren’t taken seriously.
