My wedding set lost a stone while I was working dues to worn prong. I knew then I had get get them all checked for wear before losing any bigger stones. I took my set to Strac Jewelry (and Scuba Shop) and was very pleased they could help me. They found a stone that fit nicely. They reinforced all the prongs and polished it so it looked brand new 45 years ago. I could not be more pleased.I like to support small business and this family owned business did not disappoint.

I needed my wedding band (18k and platinum band) sized up, which is a challenging ask. Strac was very transparent about the possible risks, but the sizing was done without issue (and without a trace--other jewelers said there would definitely be a mark where it was sized--not so here!) due to their skill. The folks here are true artists at a very fair price. They did excellent work at half of the cost quoted by mall jewelers, and less than other local jewelers that I checked with. All with cheer and excellent customer service. Highest marks and definitely recommend!

Wedding ring resized. Strac Jewelry corrected a previous resize problem and made the gold of my ring look uniform and like new. Recommend highly. You can always grab a coffee at Slow Down Coffee, donuts at Highland Bakery, lunch at Chicago Speakeasy, or great pizza at Chucks - all in the neighborhood.
