So I bought these glasses in November of 2023. Last month I discovered a crack in one the glass lenses and now one of the nose pads fell off. Now how could 2 things be wrong with these glasses? This was over $350 for the frames and progressive lenses. And I had to pay $38 additional dollars! Not worth it ! Crap frames!

man at counter is a bit rude. He is more eager to say what he can't do for you than what he can. God forbid he get his ass out of that chair and help. I stuck it out here for years but think I will just move on. Their glasses were crap anyway. Manager doesn't come in until Wednesday, it's Monday. I won't deal with anyone but her. Don't recommend.

This review is for purchasing glasses only. I did not have my eye exam here. I was very nervous about my first glasses-buying experience but the staff at Eyemart made the experience easy and stress free. Since I had never even tried on glasses before, I required a lot of assistance. The staff at this location gave me the personalized attention I needed and helped me find glasses for my face shape. They were easily able to narrow down the glasses selection based on my preferences. I appreciated all the help they provided me as I really had no idea what I was looking for when I walked in. My intention was just to try on glasses and start my search here, but I ended up purchasing glasses and prescription sunglasses during my first visit. Since I never made it to any other shops, I don't have much to compare it to. I feel as though there glasses selection was large and seem to have many types, designs, and brands in stock. They offered to order additional colors of frames and show me my options online. I ended up liking a pair they had in stock, and special ordering my sunglasses. The glasses came in about 5 days later, and my sunglasses took about 2 weeks. I definitely recommend this place for people who need extra help purchasing their first pair of glasses.
