I was fired on my 90 day review with no warning or issues on my behalf. The same person that told me I could retire from there fumbled over words to tell me any reason why I was getting fired. I was never late. Asked every week for overtime and did my job. I've spoken to a lawyer about the situation. Companies like these burn out the help you would need to run a place and then fire you without any explanation. Call any other company for door service work. The techs are treated like absolute garbage here.

We were using a different overhead door company, and I was not pleased with the timeliness and quality of service. I knew Mike Baughman previously, and when I found out he changed jobs and started at Skold Door Company, I did not hesitate to change companies. Mike is always eager to take care of his customers and timeliness has never been an issue. The work performed is always top notch and they stand behind the work.
