“I cannot say enough good things about Ultimate Exteriors and Omar.

Omar is knowledgeable, timely, honest and great to work with for repairs and renovations. He provided me with an estimate just a couple days after coming out. Quotes for all the work were fair, reasonable and accurate to my requests. He even pointed out that some of my requests would be a waste of my own money. I replaced 24 windows with him, there was one window that was ~10 years old and still good. There isn’t really a style difference so it helped me feel that I was working with someone honest. I even put a change order in during install and he was able to accommodate with ease.

It also says something that Omar installed the windows himself and didn’t have an untrusted sub do the work. All the windows were masked off prior to removal so there was no unnecessary dust on furniture or the rooms.

Each day crews were out - they were respectful, efficient and tidy. Once work began, crews were there for two weeks straight with no surprises with no call/no show. The quality of work matched up to expectations - and turned out beautifully. I will recommend UE to any neighbors or friends.“

Wade came out and gave us a estimate and helped us through the entire process from start to finish. “The initial response was quick. When we found a leak they were quick to send someone out and address the issue. Communication with Heartland was good, but the individual work crews did not give us much heads up about when they would come. We were surprised that Heartland put a lien against our house title without telling us ahead of time when they started work, no other contractors we used have done that. A couple years ago we hired Midwest Seamless to replace windows in our 100-year-old home, and they did a fantastic job. One of the tasks they had was converting a window into a sliding door where we were building a deck off the back of the house. As mentioned, we have an old house with trim around interior windows and doorways that I assumed would be unmatchable. Nando and crew were able to replicate the trim in a manner that you cannot tell the difference at all. Since installing the windows we've seen a noticeable savings in our energy bills over the hottest stretches of summer and coldest stretches of winter. The crew did the work correctly and found issues that would have costed more and bigger issues down the road and fixed them correctly.
