I needed a bathroom vanity/double sinks hooked up. The new vanity wasn't matching up with previous plumbing so it needed some creativity. He did a great job! Would call them again!

Here's the deal. It was 3 AM. My client's furnace broke about 5 hours from opening. The customers were going to freeze. We called Dennis Sult at Resource Services HVAC in Des Moines, IA and he had someone there in less than 45 minutes. The problem was fixed in less than an hour. The business was nice and toasty warm for all of the customers with no delay of service. If not for Dennis our business would have missed it's grand opening day! THANK YOU RESOURCE SERVICES!!!!

I've had a working relationship with the owner, Dennis Sult for a couple of years now and I must say that he's one of the most courteous, business minded, professional people I've had the privilege of working with. His 45+ years of expertise in plumbing, heating and cooling is unsurpassed. He's the president of Resource Services HVAC in Des Moines and he makes sure everything is ship shape! I would have no problem recommending them to my friends and family for any HVAC needs. They even offer 24/7 emergency HVAC technicians! In all of the times I've called the office, I have never had a machine answer, always a real human.
