“We had booked out two full days at the shop to complete one tattoo and get two more new ones with Paul. We were traveling from the east coast, and our flights were cancelled due to the hurricane hours before our flight. The front desk was so helpful and kind, and worked with us to find a solution that works for them and us. My husband and I cannot express how quickly, empathically, and professionally this was handled. We already rescheduled and booked new flights. “Came here bout 8 weeks ago for two ear lobe piercings and two helix pierced. They healed fantastic, the piercer he was very professional, kept everything sterile and did amazing! Just came back today and got the girls pierced and another earlobe. He was very professional, asked if i felt safe there or if wanted someone here in room, the girls when he pierced was very painless. No where near the amount of pain i thought would be. He provided detail instructions on care. Checked my other helixs to make sure they healing proper and said if have any questions to please stop in! When i mention i was thirsty when he asked how was feeling, he provided a soda and explained why that sometimes happens.
