I just had Trevor complete my air conditioner maintenance and he was great! He was very professional, took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions. He did an awesome job!
I also just had Lake complete an annual plumbing inspection and he was great as well! He walked me through his process and answered all my questions.

Maybe the best service industry experience I’ve ever had. Clear, thorough communication. Very friendly technicians who seemed more than happy to answer my many many questions. The work completed exceeded my expectations and was done at the quoted price without any attempts at up selling. This is the second time I have used Modern Heating and Air, I would highly recommend for new installs or any service work.
