Had an accident and these people towed my vehicle and treated me far and square when it comes to settling up the bill. If you need to have your vehicle towed for any reason these are the people. If there had been a 10 star category believe me they would have got my vote
Kyle with Mid-Iowa-Towing not only came in a short time late at night but also helped me diagnose the issue affecting my truck making it much easier to get fixed. He was very helpful and patient. The price was much lower than I expected for his service which went above and beyond.
Ended up not needed their service. But gentleman I spoke with was very professional and helpful! In the middle of a snow storm he was able to give me a reasonable time frame to get to my driver even though we were in a parking lot and safe unlike other drivers on freeways and highways. Highly recommend them just from the way he talked and offered help!
