My Orthopedic Surgeon sent me to Dr. Kaity Hall. He said that he sends all of his hip patients to her. I had hip pain for over a year and I am only 53. I am in otherwise excellent health. I had some mild arthritis and injections helped only for a short time. My surgeon said that some patients feel the arthritis differently and I might need to get a hip replacement. Dr. Hall worked with me and explored every avenue and she found the exact problem. With corrective physical therapy and dry needling my pain has been completely gone for over a couple of months and I can do all the heavy lifts again. Emma is my therapist. She’s phenomenal! Not just the physical side but also emotional and mentally. She has gotten me moving forward really well. C'mon, best group in Central Iowa! I'm athletic and they got me back into shape and ensured I could age healthily into continuing sports I enjoy like walking, jogging, and biking.
