I am new to treating ‘pests’ using a company. I always bought stuff from the store and tried to treat myself. I’m sorry I didn’t call Janssen Pest Solutions earlier. I’ve contacted them twice and both times they were at my house within a day or two. They explained each product, how the product works, and how long the treatment will last. They were also thorough. I didn’t feel like I was just a way to make a quick buck, but rather a person concerned about pests. I never felt pressured to purchase more products or to buy into a contract.
