Originally I would have left a good review for Trademark Restoration. I had hail damage after a storm and my insurance company did not want to pay out. They helped me get that straightened out and then put the roof up. This is where the problems started with this company. Normally roofs get put up over the course of 2-3 days. For some reason the crew assigned to my house took 7 days to complete, leaving me without a roof for 3 days before they came back and finished the job. After the job was done I had to walk around my house and pick up debris they had left behind. I found a small collection of nails and shingles and trash from their lunch. This is extra concerning as I have a dog. That is without mentioning the beer cans I found in my trash proving the crew was drinking while working on my roof. This was completed in early december of 2021.If that was the end of my problems I would still have an okay review for Trademark Restoration. Unfortunately that is not the case. In early 2023 I think late January, not much more than a year after the roof was put up, my roof started leaking. I called them and they sent a crew out to fix the problem. The crew smelled very strongly of weed and did not speak any english. After the job was done they could not communicate to my wife what was actually done to fix the issue. I called Trademark Restoration in hopes that they could tell me what work was done. They did not have an answer for me as the crew had put some generic info in their ticket. I am convinced they did nothing as in April of 2023 the leak was back in the same exact place. That was three weeks ago as of writing this. The first time I called I was told they would send someone out. I called the week after that as I had not heard from them. They told me they have not been able to schedule as they are busy. We just had a rain storm and my roof continues to leak now in at least 2 places, potentially 3. I still have not heard back for when my roof will be fixed. This company uses workers that drink and smoke weed on the job. As far as I can tell they do not hold up their warranties please do not use this company.

Gene listened to exactly what I wanted done, then rather than take my money and attempt to do the job himself, he kindly referred me to someone else who would be better suited for that particular job. Couldn't ask for a more professional response.
