I’m incredibly thankful for Dr Steenhagen and Dr Kendall for taking care of my Daisy girl. My dog had some bumps on her side and they turned out to be low grade tumors. We got them removed a week later. It’s been a month now and she is doing well. Dr Steenhagen is so kind, gentle and respectful. I appreciate them both for seeing her so quickly and multitasking with me to get stuff done!
The staff and docs were all amazing. Answered all of my questions (and I had a lot as a first time pet parent). My pup felt comfortable with the staff and was rewarded with treats. Very clear pricing and recommendations.

I came to Ingersoll Animal Hospital after a bad experience at a different vet with my new cat. I wanted to make sure I found people who actually care about my cat’s health and comfort. Everyone here was nice especially the vet tech and the vet. Both the tech and vet made sure my cat felt comfortable before doing any exams. They let her have her safe blankie with her and gave her treats before they checked her out. While checking her out they also continued to provide comfort to her.
