MY HCG JOURNEY February 20, 2013 and 250.9 pounds! Here I was, 62, diabetic and my health was declining. I know I had to lose weight but with at least 100 pounds to lose, that mountain was insurmountable. I was at the stage that my diabetic medications were just one step away from having to take insulin. Walking was beginning to be untenable because of pain in my right hip, my balance was getting very precarious and having to wear size 2X clothing, I looked disgusting.
