Lori and Maddie were fantastic! Our original plumber said he couldn't put our toilet and sink back (after new floors put in) the same day because it required 2 people and would take an hour.I called Gallon Plumbing and Lori was super helpful in getting us in the same day and kept me informed throughout until Maddie arrived.Maddie did the job by herself (lifting a big toilet placed in the tub) in just 30 minutes. She was super friendly and was wonderful to my dogs and cats.Great experience!

This morning I woke up to a loud sound followed by what sounded like gallons of water poring down the inside of my wall. Maddie showed up 1st thing in the morning and did a wonderful job! Hopefully I don’t have anymore plumbing issues, but if I do I would request her again. She’s pleasant, Professional and is very skilled at what she does.

Maddie was really helpful and down to earth in our home. Like some of these other reviews say, she was upfront with the prices and it even ended up being cheaper than we originally anticipated. Yes, the prices are a little up there, but other than that, I couldn’t be happier with her service. We now actually have a shutoff valve for our house rather than having to ask our neighbors to turn off the water to the whole complex.
