OUTSTANDING. ???. Pure satisfaction. I highly recommend the staff , knowledgeable., helpful and friendly. The first eye doctor with such detail , knowledgeable and care . I have found my new eye care and please come and visit . I highly recommend. A true specialist.????. .
Been going to dsm-eye for 2 years. Dr. Koenen is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been to many optometrists in the past and he is by the far the most thorough. They have fit me in the same day before and always work with me to find a good solution for my financial situation.
Formally 801 eye care, DSMEYE is still the same staff and doctor; they just have a new name and location. As my other review states, I love going to these guys. Dr. Koenen is great and his staff (Meagan and Shawn) are very helpful and friendly! I do love the new selection of frames. Besides the traditional high quality frames, they also have some economy frames too. This is their temporary location, and it's nice. I am looking forward to their new location that will also be in the skywalk! Best eye choice in Des Moines!
