Patrick & Dallas were on time. I pointed out two places that needed special attention. They cleaned both spots. They cleaned LR, DR, BR & Hallway in about 40 minutes. We will use their services again.

The only reason they received 4 stars and not 5. She was 1/2 late. Bella did call to tell me she was running late which is why they received 4 stars. If she would of been on time, she would of received 5 stars. She was very polite, and answered my questions. If didn't know the answer she called the office. I'm very satisfied with the cleaning of my carpet. It looks brand new, and smells fresh and clean. And there was a heavy track area she managed to get cleaned. Thank youI forgot to mention the price was reasonable.

I called this morning about some toys our son put down the air vent and they sent a technician and got the toys out within two hours.Dream Steam was efficient and great to work with. My son was also thrilled to have his plastic chicken back. ??Thanks Dream Steam!
