The driver was on the spot within 15 minutes of my request. The tow driver Jake was awesome! He worked with my request and had us to the tire shop in 5 minutes.
I was one among the many who got impacted due to the recent Winterstorm.My car battery was dead in the garage and wouldn't start. I called my Insurance around noon, and I was given a shocking ETA of 3 hours.Well - I had no other choice but to wait.Around the 3-hr mark, I received a call from an unknown number. It was Justin, who was assigned my request.He called to make sure that I still need the Jump start, and he gave me an ETA of 15-20 minutes to reach my place.Once, inside my apartment community, he called again to check the location of my SUV.Justin was a fantastic guy, very cheerful and smiling, with a great attitude. This weekend I've dealt with three tow companies, two different 24/7 roadside assistance companies, and more customer service reps than I could shake a stick at. The only ones who distinguished themselves were Central Iowa Towing. They got the car where it was supposed to go, instead of putting all of the responsibility on me, when things weren't right. They communicated and tried to work with the dealership to resolve. What a great business! I won't ever use another towing company in the Des Moines area if I can help it. And the driver (Beau or maybe Bo im not sure of the spelling) was amazing! Dustin should definitely give him a shout out!
