Bell Bros replaced our HVAC systems. David and Ryne did a great job. They were friendly, thorough, and considerate. They cleaned up everything, and explained the details of our new units, and also explained how to use the new thermostat. We’ve used Bell Bros for years, and it’s always a positive experience.
👀 LOOK NO FURTHER…BOOK BELL BROTHERS! Lengthy post, but TRUST ME it’s worth every penny and here’s why… We had Bell Brothers come out and inspect / service our furnace. They sent out Adnan who was absolutely amazing from the start! Very professionally and caring. We had some health issues since we’ve moved into this home and had a full home inspection showing our house was clean and no evident sign of anything causing mold type illness symptoms. Adnan was so professional and really listened to my concerns of trying to solve this puzzle. Bell Brothers was highly recommended by our Inspector to get a good look over our furnace/ HVAC system. I have thanked God that Bell Brothers sent out their very best, as Adnan was very compassionate and knowledgeable and bound and determined to get to the root of it. Adnan listened and asked appropriate followup questions to understand the severity and complex issue. He REALLY listened and took into account the scope of our story and how it has affected my twin boys and I’s health struggles, not to mention our compounding medical date we are faced with. He was truly an answered prayer!!! Come to find out Adnan located the source from a coil pad from the dehumidifier that was installed by another company (done prior to us moving in). The previous servicing company not only installed it improperly due to this it wasn’t working effectively and caused mold as it was not easily accessible. I pray every day that God blesses him tenfold ! If it weren’t for Bell Brothers sending Adnan and the amazing team who also cleaned our HVAC we may have never stumbled upon this. I can’t stress this enough but DO NOT HIRE ANY OTHER FURNACE/ HVAC company! Adnan and the team at Bell Brothers have your best interest! We signed our servicing contract with them as we will not trust anyone else when it comes to my family’s health! God bless you and your knowledgeable staff! We have since, made huge leaps and bounds in our healing process ever since we completely remediated issue. I wish the other servicing company was knowledgeable enough and would have found it sooner, but that’s why you shouldn’t trust just anyone! Leave it to the professionals at Bell Brothers! After a terrible experience with our service call in April and subsequent follow up calls regarding a wrong-size filter that was never resolved, JD was out today and renewed my faith in Bell Brothers. He rectified the situation and got my system back running in tip-top shape. For all the clerical issues with the company, what it boils down to is an honest technician who does their job to the best of their ability and does what is best for the customer.
