Justin is the bomb! He called me within minutes of me messaging him about an issue we were having with our water heater. He talked us through scenarios on what could be wrong and fixed our problem over the phone within 30 minutes. He is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He didn’t make me feel like an idiot! Not many people or businesses go above and beyond but Justin certainly did. I’ll be adding his name and number to my contact list and will send him a thank you gift because he charged me $0 for his time. Who does that in this day and age?!
