Great service. Jake has done two of our houses and multiple of our neighbors and the roofs look great and have survived multiple storms. Our previous house roof was done before Deracho and it survived Deracho with no impact. Jake also did the siding of our new place and the we love how it turned out. The other great thing about Jake is that him and Amy worked with our insurance company making sure we got covered for all of the storm damages.

Brenda is simply the best. Whether on vacation or just not geographically close to Decorah, I have tried other practitioners. Absolutely not one compared to Brenda. If you are able to establish a routine with her that works for you, your physical and mental health will thank you. She is extraordinary! And quite possibly one of the nicest humans I've ever met!

I have been getting my haircut there for years, and am pleased with the results.
Its are second visit for fish dinner, and qas very good. 5 stars, I live 20 miles away and called to make sure they they were. A person answered (Virginia) I.asked if.they having the fish dinner. She responed with lecture how they always have fish on Friday. What she said was rude and demeaning. I hung up and went and had.a great dinner. She needs some kind of guidance in givig information out or you will loose customers.Lee and Jane Senne.

River’s Edge does a fantastic job with all kinds of dogs. Our mini-Australian Shepard has high anxiety and Tara treated him so well and made him feel so comfortable. Would highly recommend their work and care for animals!
The service was prompt. Directions were followed and exceeded. Loved the improvements and care of the trees. Esthetic value is appreciated allowing better views, better sunlight and safer conditions if a storm might have blown one of the branches reaching over the property of my neighbor. No complaint or further comment other than THANK YOU VERY MUCH. (Incidentally, I hired Total Tree Care after waiting 2 months for the job to be done by another local vendor.)

I have been very happy Countywide since moving to Decorah over 11years ago. They have always been professional and quick to respond to phone calls or emails. Would recommend for routine maintenance, repairs or updates.
Water came into the basement of our cabin during June/July & unfortunately wasn't discovered for over 4 weeks. Mold was in the walls & furniture. ServPro was amazing with the demolition of walls, carpet, etc. Very pleased that we didn't have to throw away all of the furniture and it could be cleaned.
