“We recently had 2 round top kitchen windows, a sliding glass patio door, a basement door and a basement picture window replaced by Renewal by Andersen out of Davenport, IA. Temperatures were in the teens and 20’s for most of the job, but the team minimized the length of time our home was open to the cold. I was very pleased with the time spent on ensuring all items were sealed and insulated. Communication between the team and us, as well as between team members was clear and professional. The team did an excellent job of cleaning the job site at the end of each day. Several items I had concerns with were promptly addressed. The lead worker, Aaron, did an excellent job of explaining the installation and working of each component. He also helped resolve an issue we had with the color of stain on the trim work. I wouldn’t hesitate to have this crew replace more windows and doors at our house.“

“We have had 2 excellent dealings with Suburban Construction! 11 years ago, they placed gutter gaurds on all of our gutters, and they are still in beautiful condition. This year we needed to replace our shutters. One call and the owner came out to look at the the job and give us a quote. Of course they weren't standard size, but Suburban Construction found a match and made it happen. Once we chose our shutters, they were installed within 2 weeks and they look absolutley beautiful!
