I felt very welcomed from the moment I stepped in Breanna had a huge smile and just a welcoming vibe. Then I met Brittany who answered all my questions, pampered all my needs, and just made the whole process go smoothly. The Vault offers so many different services to help you feel good about yourself again and their great customer service makes you want to go for more, not to mention the whole place looks amazing!!!
Definitely recommend Brittany and team, you will not regret it!!
My first spa experience, and what a treat! The Vault is so serene, not to mention the staff was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in. I opted for a facial and the esthetician took the time to understand my skin type and concerns. That Klaire, what a hoot!! She’s the bestest and had me looking prettier than ever!
I absolutely love coming to The Vault! Everything is very clean and the staff is always extremely friendly! I get my eyebrows waxed by Thais and she is wonderful!! She is super kind and does an amazing job on my brows every single time!! Would definitely recommend her and The Vault to anyone!
