This is a parts supply house. They aren't concerned about your feelings and they don't care who you are. What they do is their jobs and in the 20+ years I've been going there, both as a contractor and a homeowner, they've always been straight forward and had what I need. On top of that, this is one of the few supply houses that still sells to the average Joe. Just be sure to have all the info when you go or call. If you have no idea what you're doing, call Menards or True Value, they love that shit.
